Terms and Conditions

1) Any person who undertakes to take part in the North Coast School of Business Continuing Professional Development (CPD) does so of their own free will.

2) There is no access to any course on the website unless the appropriate fee is paid and processed successfully.

3) Upon successful completion of the assessment that follows the course, a Certificate of Completion is issued that verifies assessment results. A TAFE NSW Statement of Attainment will also be issued where the course forms part of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF).

4) Any scenarios used in the article or the subsequent quiz are not based on any particular people and any likeness to any person living or dead is merely coincidental.

5) All Continuing Professional Development Courses are conducted in a sequential order as set out by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT). Each course cannot be under-taken unless the student has completed the previous one. Indeed, some Attainments are 100% reliant on previous study having been undertaken

For example: The third renewal requires the student to complete Renewal Two as part of the Competency. Proof will be required of you having completed Renewal Two before an award can be given for Renewal Three. If Renewal Two was completed at another RTO besides the North Coast institute, a Certified copy of that Award is required before we can issue the Award for Renewal Three
